Once the birthplace of the Reformation, much of Germany today is covered by a profound spiritual darkness. But one German pastor is paying the price for preaching the uncompromised truth of Scripture.

  1. God bless him for his stance and I will be praying for Germany as he requested. We need to be pure in our ideals of Jesus and what He did for us on the cross. It is the power of the Holy Spirit that strengthens us and works through us. He made his point very clear.

  2. This pastor has my support and is in my prayers. I pray that a genuine revival breaks out in Germany because of his faithfulness to God. I pray that he has a hedge of protection about him from the oppression around him, from the people, the German government and wherever it might come from knowing that all oppression has its roots in the pits of hell. REVIVAL!! REVIVAL!! REVIVAL!!!! Change lives, Lord Jesus!

  3. Its amazing to see that there are still man of God like Pastor Latzel who stand firm in the Word, speaking it boldly without fear! You are a great example Pastor Latzel, I thank Christ for giving you the strength and the might to push on and tell the world about His saving grace and about what is expected of us as Born-again Christians.

  4. Wow, i am so much pleased to find there still remain such pastor as Ratzel in Germany who preaches an unadultrated gospel Jesus Christ who died on the cross to assure of His love to His people.  Recently, there has been found some pastos like Ratzel in Korea who might be persecuted by most of represtative Christian leaders. Their minor group of pastors focus on Christ Jesus alone apart from all sorts of human's works like offering, service, baptism, sacrificial activities. All the human works might be done in anticipation of wordly returns from God and people. In the case, those fruits should become their own righteouness not His own. Further, some of them say human efforts to make for execution of biblical commandments is just the motive to sin because biblical commandments could not be done by our strength at all and they could be done by God alone when we deny ourself. What we can do is entrust ourselves to Him alone so He can finally work within us at His disposal. Then, we automatically do not seek our righteousness but His glory alone. Thereafter, we can say i am nothing before God as well as people. Christ Jesus alone is King of kings and Lord of lords. Sorry my poor english confined me to this point. May God bless you!

  5. WOW! how Protestant of him, the pope is calling for all religions to unite. We cannot unite, there will only be a clash as we will ONLY serve Jesus/Yeshua and Him only. We have NO KING but Jesus/Yeshua!

  6. Yes we can be really proud of Pastor Latzel.
He is a newborn Christ , and from these there are in Germany only very very few.
Many pastors in Germany do not even believe in God's word and are not Newborn , and this comes from the anti-Christian liberal theology.

  7. As a military dependent, I grew up in Germany in the 1970's. At that time, church attendance was falling and many beautiful churches were empty. Hopefully, Germany will return to it's spiritual roots that made it a great country.

  8. This is what the pastors of Germany of the 30s and 40s went through, with most pastors standing against men like this pastor and those few who stood against the Party and public opinion often paid with their lives .
Hope history doesn't repeat so soon.

  9. Bless you! I am praying for you and revival in Germany. And France. And the UK. Germany and Europe have lost their way. We in the USA are not much better.
