Its useless. Muslims cannot reciprocate passion and love towards Christians nor can they do it towards Jews. This would be against Quran 5:51: "O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you – then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people." .
But on the other hand, Jews have to do this, since Tikkun Olam is a Jewish religious duty and Christians have to "love thy enemy" which is a Christian religious duty.. While the Muslims relate to this as due payment of the Jizya, not as a good deed. This will not prevent the Muslims from going to war en masse against Israel, on the very first opportunity they get.
