Separation of Church and State? Public schools should allow prayer while understanding that their purpose is to educate. Private schools is a different matter. NO students education should be disrupted to accomodate religious needs in public schools. No students religion should be chastised or flaunted in public schools. There is always a solution to allow for prayer. It should not be forced upon those who may not have a similar belief.

I support faith as our forefathers did, freedom of religion. They were smart enough to know you keep religion out of schools and government. Religion is a private personal belief and it varies greatly among our people. If your religion obeys the laws of the land and causes no one harm, it is acceptable. Parents putting "stuff" on a child's forehead and sending him to school is stupid and abusive to the child. The child is going to be singled out and made to clean his forehead as is proper in a school setting. You see how you are harming the children? Keep religion out of schools and teachers meet somewhere out of school to pray. Your church is open at least 3 times a week and some every day. That is where you meet and pray. You are pushing your personal belief on the students and that is not acceptable. If a school is doing something egregious, teachers need a backbone to stand up to the administration and object. Adult cowardice should not be placed upon the students.
Just what are you trying to accomplish, Mr. President? Don't you believe in "separation of church and state"? Is this your move to get the votes from religious people the country? This is not like you because it is stupid, weak and fraudulent. One can not help but notice you bring religion in all that you do. Spreading Christianity as strong as you can. That is opposed by our Forefathers so if you want to quote the Forefathers it would be honest of you to follow all their advice and one strong statement from them is "Separation of Church and State". But you can't as no politician can because you all want the vote of the church goer. Just do what is right and the "tree will be known by the fruit it bears"
